The supervisor Valeria Hernandez and manager above her Ivan Logan are not helpful at all at this branch. They would rather you leave and go get a bank account at another facility than help u. Sad to say that they run the show here I wonder how many more other people are discriminated here
If I could give this a 0 star I would. I was helped by a Jasmin she claimed to be a manager but she had the worst customer experience. She kept rolling her eyes at my dad. Who has been a tech member for over 10 years now. All we needed was a notary after calling customer service they said they can do it she slammed the pen on the book and walked off and she’s the manager of that branch??
Always having problems with both the drive thru ATM either not taking deposits or taking the deposits and not crediting to your account Don't know why west El Paso has new ATM's both on Mesa and the one on Resler. And yet we have the old ones
