If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to get an access code for my account, I am frustrated because I’m trying to get a car that i need and everything is overwhelming and I have a breakdown. Well while I’m crying I look up and the employees are all there looking at me CRYING and LAUGHING AT ME. They’re looking at me through the window and laughing at me. I am tired and frustrated and for some reason my pain is amusing them… if I could switch banks I would, the people inside are cruel DO NOT BANK HERE.
I highly reccomend considering another bank. They do not do in-house card renewals and their debit cards do not have a TAP. I used to have Nusenda and I will be going back since they now have branches available here in El Paso.
If you've ever had the experience of visiting someone in prison and enjoyed that process then this is the perfect place to bank for you, because thats what it feels like. The employees at the bank are of no real help all they do is apologize for not being able to do anything while they try to connect you to an online rep, if you're going to sit me infront of a screen and connect me to someone else what is the point of me going to the branch in person? The supervisor Valeria Hernandez and manager above her Ivan Logan are not helpful at all at this branch. They would rather you leave and go get a bank account at another facility than help u. Sad to say that they run the show here I wonder how many more other people are discriminated here
