The atms never have cash. They never take my checks I have to walk in to the tellers. The tellers aren’t even people and they take 20 minutes for them to assist you. Can’t use the app because it denies the check just like the arm. Literally the worst bank.
What a huge inconvenience it is not to be able to get a replacement card in a branch like before! This is all I needed to help me decide to move banks!
I tried to deposit a check, and the process took over half a hour. The video teller system doesn't work
It was 15 till and I was on hold for 5 minutes then someone answered, put me on mute, and I keep saying hello hello hello and that I couldn't hear them until they made me hang up on purposely... All because they didn't want to help me because it was close to closing time. On another note your zelle isn't working through your app. I've tried using chat and that wasn't helpful at all.
