Easy,,the best service. And great job
The majority of these branches don't offer a drive through teller and you're forced to park and go inside to talk to a digital teller, even if all you want to do is make a simple quick deposit for a rent payment. The staff is pretty much useless for the majority of issues. I always have to put aside 45 mins to an hour for what should be a simple, quick transaction.
Tell whatever supervisor thought it was a great idea to stop printing out debit cards that they're stupid. Card gets cancelled due to fraud and now I'm waiting 10 days for it to get mailed, great thanks.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to get an access code for my account, I am frustrated because I’m trying to get a car that i need and everything is overwhelming and I have a breakdown. Well while I’m crying I look up and the employees are all there looking at me CRYING and LAUGHING AT ME. They’re looking at me through the window and laughing at me. I am tired and frustrated and for some reason my pain is amusing them… if I could switch banks I would, the people inside are cruel DO NOT BANK HERE.
