I recently fell victim to a scam...Although GECU wasn’t involved or at fault, my account was hit with insufficient funds charge. Went in to see if they would forgive the charge (we had transferred money as soon as we found out), but I was denied since it was not caused by GECU...Being a member since the mid ‘80’s, I thought I might get some consideration, but that didn’t happen. Seems harsh to me, to turn away a member like that.
Might be a good bank but these people take forever and now im walking out with no account. No one wins and staff doesnt care.
