Not sure why there is a staff here if they can't do any tasks a cilent may need. The atm tellers take foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr to come on screen. $5 dollars for a cashier check is ridiculous especially if you have an account with this bank.
Service is always slow they have no urgency to help or assist people they just let you sit there and wait , I've been here since they open at 930 , was the first person here an still the last one to get help idk why I'm opening a bank account here . I'm jus tired of online banking chime other wise I would not recommend gecu to anyone
No physical tellers. All digital tellers. Not a fan of this set up.
This credit union will STEAL YOUR MONEY. We very carefully watch our accounts and make sure to fund them before recurring charges. GECU will charge you $29.50 if an "attempted recurring charge" happens even if you make a deposit that shows as "AVAILABLE FUNDS" in your account. They are literally thiefs. DO NOT BANK HERE. Supervisor Marco #5450 is completely useless. Other banks have supervisors who will give you refunds when things like this happen. Fire him.
