I love shopping small business, so I am sad to give this place one star. I made a special trip from Austin to check out this highly rated store, but did not have a good experience. The employee I worked with kept pushing a certain type of heater on me, despite expressing that it was not suitable for my reptile or my tank. I ended up buying a heater slightly too big (my own fault) and my boyfriend returned it for me when he was passing through Kyle. I had an amazing experience at Gecko World! I just adopted a bearded dragon from them, and previously, I purchased a snake as well. Both times, the staff has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Gia and Marcos provided outstanding customer service, making sure I had all the information I needed to properly care for my new pet.
