Incredibly positive experience with Jarrod and Gecko TV and Sound. Highly professional, utterly competent, courteous, and punctual. Jarrod installed two TVs (living room, guest room) for us in mid-December. He communicates well, educates the customer as to what they can expect, was very respectful of our home/schedule, and ensured everything worked properly before he left. I'd highly recommend Gecko TV and Sound for any home AV installation needs... you will be pleased!
Jarrod is super. He installed a Ring security system that works great. He's been our tv internet guy for five years,and everything has worked great,including fire stick streaming in our RV. Any electric tv ,computer, internet,etc. problem I recomend his services highly .

Our house was newly built, but it was not an easy install. Not having met Jarrod, I asked him to come over and evaluate a confusing internet situation; despite a tight schedule, he managed to get over to our house quickly and offer clear advice. There were significant challenges with the install of WIFI and two TVs, but Jarrod was up to all of them. He invested extra time in one particular problem without charging extra. Everything is now perfect. Highly recommend!
