I have dealt with Geauga Vision personally for many years. However, I dealt with them recently for my practically homebound father in law and they were great in ordering his new glasses from his old ones and not needing to see him. Once the new glasses were in they came out to the car and fitted them for him. thank you for making this so easy for me. The staff is always so nice and friendly.
My appointment was November 9th I was told my lenses would be produced in 10 days when I called the day after Thanksgiving they informed me my lenses are in. Why did I have to call them? So I wait for them to call me another week passes. I finally picked up my glasses Saturday December 3rd. Upon paying my balance and requesting a copy of my prescription, I was never offered any rag for cleaning my glasses or any cleaner tho I saw them dispense that to all the other glass patients... when you pay a lot of money I feel you sho... read more
