The ability to handle, and solve, a problem is the mark of a great company. Gears, Port Credit, hit one out of the park for us. We brought two Cannondale e-bikes in for service. We realized after that there was a problem and wrote a letter. Within 30 minutes, manager Ron called us and beautifully solved the problem, going out of his way to make everything work for us.
