The pandemic rocked our industry's supply chain and each new day is a little different than the one before, but none have been the same as our first 32 years in business. Very happy with their service. Had my gear checked and chain replaced. Mike was so good at his job, he even know the brand of my old bike bought from FB Market Place.
I bought a bike at Gears recently. Pleasant staff and good price match policy. After one ride, I discovered, what turned out to be, a manufacturer's defect with the pedal. Brought the bike in and they took care of it within a few minutes. Happy that they had the parts in stock and were able to do it so quickly. Highly recommend.
