We stopped by for a few emergency repairs on a Saturday morning. Staff were super friendly and informative. They got the work done really quickly and for a very competitive price.
Had a great experience recently with a vintage mountain bike that needed repairs. It started with the technician asking great questions and importantly how much I wanted to spend. The repairs were done right away and on budget - no surprises on the bill! When I picked up the bike I asked about a problem another shop said couldn't be fixed and the Gears Team said 'oh yeah we fixed that too'. Thanks so much for getting me back in the saddle so quickly and the 5 star service from the whole team. I'll be back!
I purchased my e-bike at Gears in Port Credit. I would never shop anywhere else for a bike or accessories. I find the staff so knowledgable, friendly and super helpful.
Bought a Rocky Mountain Growler a month ago from Scott,had a fantastic experience,then just today brought it in for a tune up, Alex did it on the spot!!! I was expecting to have to pick it up another day. Thank you so much for the fabulous service, awesome Lorne
