I will not be returning to Gear Hub! My son and I entered the store yesterday to purchase a bike for him. There was a group of employees standing and chatting around the cash. Not one greeted us, came over to ask if they could help or even if we were looking for something. Needless to say my son got his bike but from another local store.
The staff here goes above and beyond to help! They made sure I got all my gear rented and fitted so I could get up to the mountain. Best prices & service!
Have been going here for bike parts and service. Techs in the shop have been very good with parts and service. They have very good knowledge and take the time to help with repairs and service. Would highly recommend
