Easy enough dont go there. The only thing worth your while is their show room / on location inventory. They will help you just enough to get a sell then, once they got you the rest goes down the gutter. Its easy just dont go there, plenty of other place to go to specially as a first time buyer or beginners. Just not worth your time

Great shop! Very service oriented. Friendly and competent staff. Bought a gravel bike recently and yesterday had equipment failure re: defective front derailleur cable. Back on the road today, no charge. Gotta like that :)
Visiting from BC and these folks were able to help me find the axel I needed for my chariot to connect to my bike. Nice shop with high quality gear and knowledgeable staff.
Brought my gravel bike here 3 times to have them fix the shifting. On my third visit, the "senior mechanic" put on a YouTube video tutorial on GRX install and still got it wrong. They replaced my cassette and chain that were brand new. I finally made the right choice to bring it to Yantha cycle, where they quickly diagnosed that the derailer was installed improperly and fixed my shifting issues.
