I had bought a fanny pack at the store in Lincoln Square several months ago and I was dismayed that the buckle was broken. I bought a new buckle for the fanny pack instead of investing in a new one. Sarah was an excellent employee and spent quite a long time removing the buckle and installing the new one. I honestly would not have been able to do this. She was amazing and I am very appreciative that she could help me. Thanks
