This is the first lender who went above and beyond to help us. I thought my partner couldn't be on the loan due to disability, but Stephanie helped us realize that we can combine our buying power through specialized loan programs. Highly recommend a professional who takes the time to figure out the best options for their clients. This is a good lender.
Stephanie and her staff at Gearhart Mortgage were great we were able to send over document and do everything over phone or email. I really appreciated not having to take the time out of my day to go to her office as I have experienced with past mortgages. Everything went very smooth.
