Absolutely fab, used to use the more local shops to me but got tired of their failures, never looked back after fetching a bike here, the little bit extra travel is most definitely worth it for the superb work done by everyone here, the only place I can truly trust my bikes to be looked after and dealt with professionally and cared for like their own property, all the staff are friendly and helpful
These guys are great. Since I changed the direction of my commute they've been invaluable with their advice, service and care. There's always a smile to greet me and they've seriously gone above and beyond to help me when Rhoda got a recurrent infection of TPTitis. Thank you boys. See you in the new year. X
Great shop called in to take service overdue off my e bike they also looked over the bike make sure it was ok very helpful guys will be going there again
I like to use small local businesses such as this one, despite perhaps paying slightly more for the goods. On this occasion, I bought a tyre for my mountain bike but decided on the way home to try hybrid tyres instead. I contacted the shop but they refused to take the tyre back. Big mistake! How short-sighted can you get? I didn’t necessarily want a refund… a voucher or other goods in exchange would have been acceptable. I won’t be going there again, nor recommending them to anyone else….
