I got a couple bikes back from a different bike shop in town and unfortunately they were still shifting poorly. I decided to try Gear Up Velo so gave them a call Brian answered and said bring them in and he would take a look. I took them in and received amazing customer service. Brian was able to quickly solve the mystery that the other shop had missed and correct both bikes which are shifting like new all at a very reasonable price. I'm so glad I found this place. Got a flat tire while doing some of the OTET Trail. We called and bryan was able to fix my bike right away. Fast and friendly service. As a former marketing person in a bike store, Customer Service is a top priority, especially when bike vacation traveling. We also asked about the trail in the area and we’re able to go right on that trail right after my bike was fixed. They did have gator skins tires, which I love.
