I recently brought my roadbike in for issues with the 12spd.SRAM AXS Force shifting. Both downshifts and upshifts were wonky, but only in certain gear combos. A different LBS had tried several times to get it corrected, but the issues persisted. Matt & Brian checked it out and made necessary adjustments to where shifting is nearly flawless. Very happy to have found this shop and these guys are great people too!
Someone gave away a free bike on the side of the road so I decided to take it, I brought it to this shop and ask them basically if this was a safe bike to be using and if they see anything that could be replaced to do so. They were honest with me from the beginning and told me that the bike was a good find and just needed some love, I told them to take it and do whatever they feel is needed and they quoted me about 160 bucks.
