Absolutely fantastic customer service. I ordered a Patagonia hat from Gear for Adventure, shipment and delivery were great. Unfortunately there was an issue with the hat, but Kevin took care of it no problem. Extremely good communication throughout the process, would not hesistate to buy from them again!
