purchased climbing rope on 12/6. Called on 12/23. Was told that they didn't send it b/c they couldn't find it. No follow up email. No communication of any sort. Just took my money, sat on the dead order and forgot about it. Don't do biz w/ them unless you have a lot of time to babysit the order.
