Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Gave me the info I needed to make the best decision on the type of bike I needed.
Rude staff. I asked if they shipped anything for I'm looking what is considered a rare part but they refused to humor the thought of shipping. I would have paid extra for the part I needed. Their loss. Not recommended unless you like being talked down to
Rim brakes & cables on my GT needed fixing. Should've been an easy fix, but apparently they don't order cheap parts that they don't already have to repair a bike. Mechanic said he "didn't work with that kind of stuff".
