Pay no mind to any negative reviews, I have had nothing short of satisfaction with this business. I have dealt with them multiple times, the tech (Josh) is outstanding to work with, fair and easily accessible........and the work is completed timely in my experience.
These prices on there bike’s are ridiculous high who would pay that much and the guy works there not very helpfully find a good electric bike guess order one on Amazon who would pay 1,000 or more for bike they hardly ride or site there . I give u 1 star review
All of my visits to GEAR has ended in frustration. First, they claimed to not be able to find a part, which ended in them keeping my bike out of action for 3 weeks instead of the initial 1 they told me. I had actually called after a week and it appeared nobody even checked on it. My most recent experience was rim tape on a brand new wheel not adhering to the rim, which resulted in a bunch of extra work for me.
