I've been going there for 5yrs. The personal both up stairs and in the bank have been professional and more than helpful on several ocassions to me.
I had an absolute wonderful experience with an employee of this bank. From the moment I reached out 1 year ago to the loan department and Ms. Shantane Gordon answered the phone my issue was handled quickly and efficiently, but what impressed me most was the level of care and personal attention I received. Just recently I made a mistake and Ms. Shantane Gordon resolved my problem but also followed up afterwards to make sure everything was alright. This type of dedication is rare these days!
