Worst stupid, i recently opened a bank account with them I try calling and NO ONE is EVER available, it says “please wait when you call is being transferred” then it automatically hangs up I wish I hadn’t wasted my time and money trying anything with them worst bank to exist
Service is ok..it could be better if people would smile and greet their customers better
Since Shataya left it is terrible after 30 plus years of being a customer I am thinking of closing my accounts especially after the difficult time I had today when the teller was making feel like I was doing something wrong really been doing it this way the whole time I have been a member.
