This location is like a miserable derelect graveyard, very low energy, and little flexibility with established customers. AND THE APP!! THE WORST 🤯 EVER! NEVER WORKS PROPERLY, CONSTANTLY REQUIRING A NEW LOG IN AND STILL WON'T STAY WORKING CORRECTLY🤯. I will not recommend this credit union until they get it ALL THE WAY together. Most banks local to me have such poor reviews, there's not any great alternative options. WHAT A SHAME!! Decent credit union, but I literally walked in the branch the other day and thought they had decorated for Halloween with spider Webb, I addressed it to and employee and completely baffled to find out it was real and sad to say that hopefully the ceo sees this message and immediately have a cleaning company come and clean it up, you should care about your employees well being and whom you have in your company it's just nasty and unsanitary especially for health reasons, please take care of this matter without having your emp... read more
