Debit card reported fraud.. 4 times!! In order to get another debit card I HAVE TO PAY $35. Not my fault!! Went to office on Whalley avenue.. tellers looked annoyed they had a customer.. reps are rude.. no customer service.. looking for another credit union with better customer service and sympathy for customers who have been effective by fraud
I was degraded and treated like a was an animal, like I was nothing!!! By the manager Deondra AND THE SECURITY GUARD! And I said and did nothing! They judged me as soon as I walked in! The teller was ignoring me asking him to tell more about THE NEW ACCOUNT I wanted to open and then EMBARRASSED ME in front everyone in the office cause it’s small af in there, to tell me unfortunately I can’t open the account AND WHY IN FRONT OF EVERYONE!
