what a store – They have everything--great furniture,rugs and beautiful accessories. I have been going to this store for years and always find things I can't live without!

I used to frequent GDC more often - lately, however, the product quality has severely diminished and the selection is limited. Customer service is horrific. The staff treats you as if they are doing YOU a favor by helping. Wrong!
MUCH Better Customer Service than the Mount Pleasant Store – I have lived in Charleston all of my life thus far. This staff rates the highest in customer service compared to the other GDC stores in Charleston, SC. The Mt Pleasant store has had many complaints over the years and they continue to do nothing. Go to this store instead.
huge selection of intersting home furnishings GDC has a great selection of interesting furniture, great fabrics, and unique accessories. They have in house decorators to help you put furniture together. Their prices are very reasonable considering the quality and uniqueness of the pieces. I would highly recommend GDC for those of you who like interesting home furnishings that you wouldn't find at chain furniture stores.
