I love revity and their staff is the friendliest around! Katie and Lucas at the Collinsville branch are always great to talk to. And Hayden and Jerry in the o'fallon branch are my home branch favs. Great CD rates and community service advocates for sure!!

I only call the Collinsville location as they treat me like I'm family. I've had some offsetting moments getting customer service just dialing the regular number. But I will not speak to anyone unless they are from the Collinsville location. Sara and Nathan exceptional representatives, as they just took care of everything. I had minimal responsibility. Called me back right away, did not make me wait. I absolutely just love this location.
