Been a member for about eleven years. Very very friendly service. Had to cancel my membership Because my debit card kept getting hacked. Four times in as many years. The last time only took seven (that's right) only seven hours. When I went to close out my accounts, no one seemed to care. They have a serious security problem with their data base. They either can't or don't want to fix the problem. Just keep replacing the debit card. What a way to do business.
I had the absolute best service! I literally called and spoke with Ashlynn Talbott. She was excellent, I had some anxiety over the loan process, but she walked me through it. I was able to secure a loan with her help. Thank you Ashlynn for making the process easy and responding so quickly.
WE MOVED HERE FROM OUT OF STATE A COUPLE YEARS AGO AND HAVE A CREDIT UNION WHERE WE WERE FROM THAT HAS BEEN EXCELLENT TO US. BUT WE SOMETIMES HAVE ISSUES TRYING TO DO LOCAL TRANSACTIONS UNTIL WE TALKED TO BOBBI OF REVITY CREDIT UNION IN OFALLON, ILL. WE VERY MUCH APPRECIATE HER PATIENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
The call system is possibly the worst phone system I have ever encountered. I sat on hold for 6 minutes before anything even started to ring.
Provided friendly excellent service! Destiny and Andrew were very helpful at the O’Fallon branch. :)
