Worst customer service and cellphone service I've had. They reduce your internet or data during tourists season when the cruise ships come in, I'm talking about 3G speeds, meanwhile I'm still paying $250/mo for unlimited 5G that I don't get to use because of how slow they reduce the speed. There should be a class action lawsuit for this, it's criminal that they get away with this. Worst customer service and cellphone service I've had. Sold me a broken hotspot device and wouldn't take it back or correct the error, now I'm stuck paying monthly for something that doesn't work and they know it because I'm not the only one with the same problem. Never have I seen a company go downhill so fast. They outsourced everything overseas and the "customer service" reps can't answer any questions or provide any help. These reps stick to a script because they don't know anything about internet or phone and as soon as you ask them a question, they are lost. It's incredibly frustrating that GCI does not care about it's customers or providing a service to Alaskans.
