They are not open on the weekend so in order to get their service you have to take time off work. Pretty inconvenient.
Horrible horrible staff. Do yourself a favor and find another store or provider. They do not give you the correct information.

Ehh. Customer service isn't in America for being an Alaskan company so that's questionable but their Soldotna store does okay for its employees being helpful
