I pay $180 per month for my internet to be down all day. When I call tech support an automated robot tells me “Calling tech support is not necessary at this time.”
Every one saying it's not worth it is correct. The last few months the Internet hasn't been good and they won't fix it when you call.
For crying out loud, their customer care is the worst! I relocated, and they couldn't update my address. Whenever I call, they tell me they will call me back, but they never did . I called them 7 times. One of their representatives hung up on me.
