Worst Company for providing internet. Horrible ping, bad outages.
Don’t switch to them for your phone if you don’t have a 907 number. They won’t tell you this but people won’t be able to text or call you and they’re “working” on getting it to a point where they can, but why not just tell me that when I signed up? Now I paid a whole month of service for something I can’t use properly. Rip off, will be getting my money back.
Worst customer service ever. Stay away from them. When I signed up, they gave me someone else's live number. Twice. Took forever to figure out. Then I paid my bill and they credited it to someone's old account with my number, didn't believe me when I told them I paid, shut off my service, and bounced me around on the phone for 4 hours until they found THEIR error. Never even apologized. I'm done with them. Stay away. They suck.
