Every one saying it's not worth it is correct. The last few months the Internet hasn't been good and they won't fix it when you call.
For crying out loud, their customer care is the worst! I relocated, and they couldn't update my address. Whenever I call, they tell me they will call me back, but they never did . I called them 7 times. One of their representatives hung up on me.
Switched from Starlink and instantly regretted it. Got the hardware home and it’s saying I don’t have internet. Customer support was unable to help they needed some kind of pin that Fairbanks GCI didn’t provide and there was no other work around. This whole process needs to be fixed!
Good Wi-Fi for a bit then after a while it can’t stay on it keeps crashing and overall just not a good experience if you play competitive games on this be prepared to loose rank and be reported for leaving games because of the Wi-Fi.
