Line is always long because they spend about 40 minutes on each customer then take a 20 minute break doing nothing before getting to whoever’s next in line
Very helpful staff
We missed 1 payment and then I paid the next day and we've been without wifi for 2 days they won't be able to send anyone over for 5 more days. 185 payment for no reason. GCI is the worst provider especially when you have a work-from-home job like me
Cancelled service April 2025. No mention when I cancelled that there was a balance to be paid. Returned the modem and the associate checked my account and made no mention of a balance to be paid. Less than 3 months later, GCI sent my debt to a collections agency. GCI made no effort to contact me about this remaining balance. Affected my credit.
