I had a great experience with Athina! She transferred my account from another carrier to GCI, saving me hundreds of $$$ with a new plan.
They really should have zero stars for reviews. The one lady was nice but the other lady (I’m guessing she is the supervisor) was rude. I was told by others she can be as well. I’ve always had issues with GCI, which sucks because in a lot of situations it’s your only choice.
I've been getting jacked around by GCI for a year through their customer service phone line, so I finally went into the store and it wasn't any better. The manager went immediately on the defensive and said the GCI call center isn't her problem and then gave me the attitude that I'm the one who screwed up. As a customer service employee for a major airline, I would've been fired for this attitude. I know what it's like to be on the receiving end of a flamethrower and that was not my approach.
