Poor quality and asinine customer service. We bought the XL version of chairs for additional size and comfort (even though the standard chairs should hold us) and yet neither of the chairs did not survive a single sports season. They were covered under warranty, but GCI makes you destroy the chairs BEFORE they send a replacement. When we destroyed the chairs (after much discussion about being without chairs in the middle of soccer season), they were out of our model. Emails got me nowhere. Very good quality products with an equally good company that stands behind them. My 90 year old Dad loves his outdoor rocker.

Besides being a quality product (great construction, so comfortable and excellent pricing), we are thrilled to buy something made in the USA (our home state of Connecticut). We've owned many folding canvas chairs and it was always a 'pleasure' to get out of them after an event. We were actually 'sad' to have to get up from the GCI Rocker..and yes, it is that comfortable. Take a bow GCI...you're earned it!
