Internet overpriced and very spotty. Not worth the money.
The worst internet service I’ve ever had, expensive and I have to turn the WiFi off on my phone when I’m in my own house or everything lags, I’m waiting for ACS to be in my area but for now I’m switching to starlink
Paid my bill. Still no service, two days later. And guy had such loud background noise, it sounded like he was at a party. And he repeated every piece of my card info back to me, so anyone there can now use my card, it’d seem. Confirmed my email & said he’d send receipt.. still no receipt. And every time I call GCI, their people make it into an hour long convo—no matter how simple the task/request. Literal nightmare to call them, which is the only reason my bill was ever past due. I left GCI last year. And all bills were settled. But they still charged us when the accounts were closed. They refused to admit their fault. Absolutely disgusting scam. And when you ask for proof they will say they can't provide documentation.
