I left GCI last year. And all bills were settled. But they still charged us when the accounts were closed. They refused to admit their fault. Absolutely disgusting scam. And when you ask for proof they will say they can't provide documentation.
Over priced and terrible quality. I use to live in a very rural place in the lower 48 and we had very slow internet but nothing as terrible as this I pay over a 100 dollars a month for slow WiFi that disconnects all the time just recently I had it disconnect me 5 times in a row All in about 5 minutes apart. I would not recommend to anyone. If you have a different opinion go for it GCI sucks and I’d use someone else if I had the option. You would think that the internet in Anchorage wouldn’t be that bad but you’d be wrong 0/5... read more
so they have a automated system to pay. they system did not let me put in my credit card 8 times they sent me to a human and he could not help me pay my bill and told me to go use to automated system??? ... i dont live in the state and there system sucks .
