I called at 9am to request a van and was told there wasn’t one on-site, but that one could be delivered from another centre. I was asked to come in at 11am because they needed time to get it delivered and that they would hold it for me. The van did arrive, but when I got there, I was told it had been given to someone who had just walked in. I was then told they prioritise walk-ins.
