I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve never experienced such disrespect before. Professionalism is a must for any business, but LAN’s behavior was beyond unprofessional. Personal comments about clients should never be uttered. When I asked questions, I was met with extreme condescension. Treating clients this way is unacceptable. Amazing customer service. I have been coming to this establishment for several years now. Even when I decided to not file through them for a few years they were so welcoming when I returned. They still remembered me and that's a great feeling as a customer. Lan and the crew truly has the compassion to ensure their customers benefit all they can during tax season. I recommend
A lot cheaper that H and R Block and they have a good sense of humor
