I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve never experienced such disrespect before. Professionalism is a must for any business, but LAN’s behavior was beyond unprofessional. Personal comments about clients should never be uttered. When I asked questions, I was met with extreme condescension. Treating clients this way is unacceptable.
