Very rude manager Sarah. The chairs are extremely hard like garden furniture. They are too hard for my 85 year old mother. I am her carer and take her with me. She sits in the waiting room. When I asked for the chairs to be replaced she refused. She did not even offer to put a back cushion on the chair. It’s a pity as the rest of the staff are lovely. There is no respect for the elderly!
I'm sure that Dr Dion Lewis is amazing, it's just a pity that his support staff (ie. the extremely unfriendly, unhelpful person on phone), is not. Talk about lack of professionalism, lack of care, lack of everything.
This is a WONDERFUL Physio company . I REALLY love coming in to have Seb & Sarah looking after my bodies problems as they are very good at their work.

Great staff. All very friendly. I love going to group exercise each week. Seb is a fantastic physiotherapist. Mel is a very friendly and helpful receptionist.
