Gone from one of the best banks to one of the worst. I am no longer happy with their service and I am considering closing my account of 25+ years.
I have settled today. I just want to share my experience. I have done my own research and applied online instead of going to a home loan broker. A lot of friends told me not to trust small lenders as "things will fall apart at the end." I cannot tell how much wrong they are!! They are, probably, simply afraid to place trust in less familiar names. I received highly professional service from start to end.
