My wife passed recently and she was with SGE credit union for many years ,i need some informations regarding an account but the Indian woman may be in Indian country responded and can't find my wife account what is wrong with this country ??
I Have been with this bank since the 1970s I have never had a problem with the service or the staff the interest rates and banking systems are first class. The bank notified me within 20 minutes of a fraudulent transaction of which I was not aware had occurred and it was all was resolved in two days and the money restored to my account. From the time I first joined to this day, I have never experienced a problem A bank by the people for the people.
WORST customer service ever I recently contacted G&C Mutual Bank to explore refinancing options for my mortgage, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor—staff were unhelpful and came across as rude, with little regard for how to speak to potential customers. While they promote competitive variable rates, what isn’t immediately clear is the number of additional fees they charge—fees that many other banks do not. Travelled for two hours to my bank to be told they are cash free. They don't even have an ATM. Told by staff that my card they had stopped is working. Tried to use it in another banks ATM and was told it was unauthorised. DO NOT BANK HERE. ITS A NIGHTMARE Real banks hold cash. It's my money I'm trying to get to. So much for being all about the members
Not impressed for cold call marketing - what a nuisance I am not their client and really rude to do so
