Booked a massage with a specific masseuse. Get there in time, owner tells me that the masseuse just took another client. Tells me to wait another 45 min which I couldn't. No apology no compensation. Not happy 😡

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! The staff are not trained and unable to understand English. The massage is not a massage. The 1 hour treatment, which must be paid for prior to commencing, was nothing more than time taken up by a series of pressure points being held down for 10 seconds at a time, up to 12 times in the same spot causing bruising & headaches that lasted for days, as well as applying heavy pressure & rubbing directly on bone including the spine. Sadly the staff are not trained and the massage was below average. Not worth the money. I won’t be returning.

I recently visited your spa as part of a special night away with my partner and unfortunately felt let down by the deep tissue massage I received. When I initially requested firmer pressure, I was told the therapist would adjust, but there was no noticeable change. I had to ask a second time, at which point a therapist switch was made — but again, the pressure remained extremely light. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL, was a absolute waste of money. I've had many massages in my day and this is by a country mile the worst. Untrained and most likely unqualified therapist that had no idea what she was doing. Came out dripping in oil and unsatisfied. Never in my life had a massage where I couldn't wait for it to end.
