Customer service is perfect!
Horrible! I paid full price for medallion online and shipping and it came in completely damaged! They wouldnt offer replacement only extra tile pieces so that I might repair their product myself and no offer of any refund!
They were very helpful and friendly. I was looking for an item that had been discontinued, and they went the extra mile to help me get what I needed.
