What on earth is the point of having a business account if I’m paying $88x2 for two phones I own outright. What a complete rip off. I paid off my phones and my bill is 2x what any of my friends have on their regular accounts. Also they called me 4 months ago and offered me a discount on new iPhones then ghosted me. Horribly disorganized “company”. Get it together. $160 for two phones is ridiculous.
Don't waste your time. Used to love Lauren but was clearly bought by a Chris Cassidy. Did an appointment, he was sending me emails the day before and next thing you know, he was a no show and stopped responding to my emails. So unprofessional, will be taking my business elsewhere.
Lauren was great to deal with. Very happy with the product and service.
