GBS linens never can live up to their promises or commitments. Used them for cleaning my linens and they continually missed promised deadlines, lost many of my items, and are almost impossible to deal with. They shouldn't even be in business so if at all possible stay away and find another company.
The people are nice and try to help at the San Antonio location. That said, the service is terrible, unreliable, frustrating, and totally unacceptable! Equipment breakdowns (in Dallas) occur often. Deliveries are late or incomplete. Billing is totally unrelated to operations. For example, our linens were picked up on November 8th and today is January 5th and we still don't have them. However, we did receive an invoice showing the amounts owed are 31 to 60 days late!! Totally unacceptable. I do NOT understand how they stay in... read more
