Im so beyond furious with them! Long story short my cushions will not be covered because I wasn't exact enough on the date of the destruction. Rounded up without thinking then when told it had been too long I figured out exact date. One cushion was past time the other had only been 2 weeks but because I miss spoke and lumped them together they refused to fix any. Unfortunately nothing can be done in case but beware to others. Call in a timely manner with correct dates!
