The people here are the best!
Every time I walk into this location I am greeted by multiple smiling faces. All of the tellers are extremely welcoming and willing to help with my transactions! Can’t forget the yummy lollipops before I leave!
I am a long time customer of GBC. It's a wonderful bank. The New Pal branch has some of my very favorite people that work there. They have supported me through tough times and celebrated my best times. They make me feel special, because they themselves are special. I moved out of the area for a while, but still remained a loyal customer because I wouldn't want to ever change my bank. I would recommend them to everyone (Unless your mean. They don't deserve that.)
Greenfield Bank has been and always be a staple in Hancock county. I love watching them grow to help not only Hancock County residents but into neighboring communities. I love visiting this branch, seeing the smiling faces and getting the small town banking I need.
