All of the staff at the bank were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, especially Daniel Payne, who helped me with a loan. They really made me feel valued as a customer. I've never been a fan of the big box shop banks. If you need things done timely and effectively and you want the personal investment, then GBC Fortville is where you need to be. Just the best!
Employees are great, but banking is terrible. App always locks me out. My grandmother has the same experience on her account, so I know it's not just me. I had a checking for 5 years and a savings my whole life with them, and received multiple charges that were fraud or the bank themselves charging me for super random things just so my account would be overdrawn, which means they can slap you with a $30 charge.
