Employees are great, but banking is terrible. App always locks me out. My grandmother has the same experience on her account, so I know it's not just me. I had a checking for 5 years and a savings my whole life with them, and received multiple charges that were fraud or the bank themselves charging me for super random things just so my account would be overdrawn, which means they can slap you with a $30 charge.
