This place is a scam. They tried sending me a collection noticed for a insurance policy I closed because I switched to a different insurance company. I called my previous insurance company and they confirmed I had no debt owed.
Scammers! They mailed me a letter saying a certain company was trying to collect from me. I contacted that company and I don't owe them anything. Don't trust this company!
One of my clients was wrongly sent to collections. The person who works here managing this particular case does not answer his phone, does not read emails to understand and will not put you in touch with a manager to get things resolved appropriately. I want contact information of a manager immediately.
They are a scam company. Tried to shake us for a debt we didn’t have. Went straight to my credit report to verify. Have ZERO accounts in collections. Ignore or report to BBB
These people will call and threaten with no details or facts that they have the right person will call people not even related. Feel sorry for the other people they call on a daily basis. What they are doing is pathetic.
