The absolute worst, unprofessional and unethical collection agency!! For MONTHS they have harassed me for additional payment on an Active Pest Control account that has an UNAPPLIED credit balance sitting on account since 07/30/2024. Active Pest Control confirmed receipt of payment and I submitted a copy of cashed/endorsed check by Active Pest Control/Rentokil directly to GB Collects from our bank. GB Collects is going to be sued. Harassing and trying to collect a debt that doesn’t exist. Also Active Pest Control will be included. I have 12 + emails concerning this that proves there is no debt. Consider this to be notice I will not tolerate this any longer.
I made up a fake person once to sign up for some services just so I could see what services were selling my info. The person I made up is female with a blatantly fake name. This company just called me asking for this fake person regarding a debt she owes. This person doesn't exist so... I'd say they're scammers for sure but hey what do I know
I can promise you the company is not a scam. They are a legitimate business. I worked there temporarily. If you owe money, it happens to the best of us but you might want to look at your spending history to ensure nothing went to collections. The owner would not make this up. Thank you!
