I just got off the phone with an Ian from the company and this is definitely a scam he was very rude condescending I told him I didn’t want to speak to him. If I was gonna set up any type of payment plan, it would not be with him. POSSIBLE SCAM COMPANY!! Incredibly unprofessional, and the person assigned to my case is a horrible person. I work for a storage company, and we had issues with paying invoices with our pest control company. However, these issues were resolved, and I tried to tell her that I was investigating why some amount was allegedly sent to collections. Either a fraudulent business or the most unprofessional collections agency I’ve come across. Was sent a collections notice for a balance that does not appear on my credit report. Attempted to call this business and was left on hold multiples times. When I finally got a hold of someone, they proceeded to scream to and claim the amount is due immediately.
