Scam. They said I owed on a commercial policy that is and always paid. Received a letter from the insurance company paid in full plus they issued me a refund after their audit. I think I will be contacting my local police department and see where this goes. Not cool.
This place is a scam. They tried sending me a collection noticed for a insurance policy I closed because I switched to a different insurance company. I called my previous insurance company and they confirmed I had no debt owed.
Scammers! They mailed me a letter saying a certain company was trying to collect from me. I contacted that company and I don't owe them anything. Don't trust this company!
One of my clients was wrongly sent to collections. The person who works here managing this particular case does not answer his phone, does not read emails to understand and will not put you in touch with a manager to get things resolved appropriately. I want contact information of a manager immediately.
They are a scam company. Tried to shake us for a debt we didn’t have. Went straight to my credit report to verify. Have ZERO accounts in collections. Ignore or report to BBB
