So they kept telling me that everything would be done in a month to two months it took over 4 months and after my case was done the continued to charge me for giving me my retainer back only a month later then told so I couldn't get back in school. Also she had to rewrite my divorce due to her forgetting to put things in there that I already said I wanted in there then charged me 500 bucks for it. Worst customer service and I feel lied and like I was taken for my money

So far so good. We'll see tomorrow. I requested a male lawyer and haven't heard back yet. So, I'm feeling confident that these ladies know best, but if things don't go right tomorrow, I'll have to have a chat with their office.

I found the staff to be very caring and considerate when communicating with me and always answered questions and concerns I had. The matters of concern had already been handled professionally and in timely manner. I have another friend that uses them and they have so much patience with all her concerns its amazing, they even help out of the chair and down the stairs!

While they may be good lawyers, they require a retainer up front, before providing any service. That wouldn't be a problem except they are exceedingly slow to give any balance back once your business is concluded. I requested a refund on September 28, 2010, and still have received nothing as of January 10, 2011. Every time I call, "they are working on it and should have it out soon", but have yet to actually pay up.
