I ordered a pair of Topo Ultrafly 2 running shoes in size 9.5. When I put them on I instantly knew that these were not Topo's. Not only did they feel "off" they were about a size and a half small. While it said size 9.5 they obviously were not. I held them up to my old shoes, and I have about 5 other pairs that I bought from Topo, the size difference was huge. I had to pay to send the shoes back and did not get refunded for the initial shipping leaving me out about $20.00. Very disappointed.
RecommendedCustomer service! Faith went out of her way to assist me. I cannot tolerate a mask. She deserves a raise!
Gazelle Run Camp and knowledgeable staff with fitting shoes
I placed an order for my son over 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received an email that it shipped! I’ve contacted Gazelle and all I receive is an automated email response telling me it’s their busy time and to be patient. This is my second time that my family has had a negative experience and my son is starting the new season without the correct uniform. All his teammates ordered their uniforms at the same time or slightly later and received their orders weeks ago.
I had no idea what my feet needed, other than relief, when I walked into Gazelle Sports. Jan approached me almost immediately and asked if I needed help. I think my feet were screaming at her. Jan was very pleasant, knowledgeable and listened to my issues with plantar fasciitis and walking on concrete for the last thirty years. We spent about 30 to 40 minutes finding me a pair of Brooks shoes that supported my high arch and cushioned my feet and a pair of Oofos sandals to wear around the house, but I wear everywhere. I purchased some shoes from Cheryl and I thought they were perfect! She was amazing. I walked in them for 5 miles and they were to supportive and hurt. I brought them back and got clouds from AJ. I also bought my husband a pair! Amazing customer service and I hope they work for my broken feet.
1st time in the store and I will definitely be back. Every staff member I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
