Good when you actually get to see someone! Reception are very unhelpful.
Have been a Patient of the Surgery since moving to the area over 40 years ago not long after starting Senior School. The Doctors are really good but the main problem since they merged is the waiting on the phone sometimes a hour.
Great service - was seen by a nurse within 90 mins of creating the appointment on Klinik. Had my prescription 30 mins later.
Appoint availability is few and far between, and seeing your personal GP is unlikely. Booking is OK with Klinik, but with no human interaction it can be hard to convey your situation. GPs seem nice and friendly, and investigate the right things according to hospital doctors.
