I booked in for a massage specifically with Ketie on 17 February (for 5pm). At 4pm that day, I rang to re-schedule (to 7pm) and was told that Ketie was not working (as I was previously advised) and instead, would be looked after by Apple. I was a little disappointed because when I made the initial booking, I specifically asked for the day Ketie would be working and made my appointment accordingly.
