After attending erindale for years I had an Unfortunate experience in Phillip and will never return as they failed to honour a gift voucher due to their poor handwriting. Made me wait for 20 minutes and the manager was abrupt and issued a token apology failing to acknowledge clients needs or even offer any compromise.
I’ve been in this spa for several times already. I am confident to say that everything remains consistent especially the respectful, pleasing manners of the staffs. What I truly love about here is how they address the appropriate pressure on the specific areas of my body — special Thanks to Kettie always. 🥰 I always felt relaxed and refreshed everytime. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and everyone! ❤️

1 1/2 hour body massage fantastic. Focus on shoulders arms due to too much tennis. Poppy did the massage and I highly recommend her. Becky
