After attending erindale for years I had an Unfortunate experience in Phillip and will never return as they failed to honour a gift voucher due to their poor handwriting. Made me wait for 20 minutes and the manager was abrupt and issued a token apology failing to acknowledge clients needs or even offer any compromise.
