My mother resided at Gawler grand views although the staff we're nice she was never looked after properly the whole time she was there before her passing then gave me a $40000 bill that was never discussed when we signed the contract avoid at all costs never send you're loved ones here they will rip you off

Went to work there from agency as a carer and had a very bad experience. The first thing , I didn’t get induction in the first day. They have staff toilets which needs a swipe card but they are not aware to give it to staff. The second thing, I witnessed another guy from same agency getting abused from a kitchen staff. The guy was looking after some residents in the cafe and that kitchen staff came and said, ‘You get paid 40$ an hour just to stand.’ The guy was very introvert. had a concert booked, the lifestyle person left and no communication from anybody from reception to staff. I emailed, rang many times, no answer so went to their contact page and sent a message, and i'm still waiting. It's a shame because it's the residents who miss out because my last concert there was so appreciated by the residents and family members Thankyou for your prompt response, to my comment above
