My 12yr old son took his bike in for this guy to have suss of an issue with his bike. Instead of just having a look he started to work on the bike. My son asked him to stop however he continued. I then called to ask for quote which was around $100. I said well as no asked for the work can we stop. The owner agreed but followed up with I have just wasted 30min of my time and hung up on me. Thanks Nigel. Got an awesome phone mount, some chain lube and some goodies for a tour when I was here. Nigel's service is excellent.
The guy was really helpful had all the parts and bits that I needed and considering it was the third bicycle store id been to in as many days I gather that is pretty unreal all jokes aside I was pleased with the service and prices were reasonable too.
