Nigel, the owner, is a rude, patronising, grumpy old man. Seems he doesn't want to actually help. Throws his tools when I ask about buying a part. Then treats me like an idiot. It's not the first time he's been extremely rude. Shop elsewhere. I will be. The ONLY reason I actually go to him is because he's the only bicycle store in Gawler. I'd LOVE to shop elsewhere
My 12yr old son took his bike in for this guy to have suss of an issue with his bike. Instead of just having a look he started to work on the bike. My son asked him to stop however he continued. I then called to ask for quote which was around $100. I said well as no asked for the work can we stop. The owner agreed but followed up with I have just wasted 30min of my time and hung up on me.
